Our Vision: Investing in Ambition
Why is MSL Business School offering these Merit Scholarships?
This program was established to give back and support highly driven, exceptional young students on their journey to earning the ICAG qualification. The scholarship is inspired by the academic journey of our founder, Michael Siaw Larbi (MSL).
While a student at the University of Ghana Business School, Michael completed all 16 ICAG papers (at the time) in under two years, passing them all on the first attempt and finishing the qualification in his third year of university at age 21. He graduated as the National Overall Best ICAG Candidate at the Final Level and also won the Overall Best Candidate awards for the earlier exam levels. The following year, he graduated from his undergraduate program with First Class Honours as the Valedictorian and Overall Best Graduating Student, achieving the highest GPA of 3.94 (out of 4.0) that year.
This scholarship program is our way of making the path to becoming a Chartered Accountant more accessible. You can read more about MSL's academic journey here (https://www.michaelsiawlarbi.com/awards).
MSL Business School Merit Scholarships Available

This scholarship provides a 40% tuition fee reduction. It is for current undergraduate students with strong academic performance who do not meet the strict criteria for the FLSP.

All 4 papers (unless you have fewer remaining)
Level 2
At least 4 papers (unless you have fewer remaining)
Level 1
All 4 papers (unless you have fewer remaining)
Scholars are also encouraged to score at least 60% in half of their papers, as this may be used to assess continued eligibility for higher levels.
Tertiary Achievers Scholarship Program (TASP) — 40% Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria
This scholarship supports current undergraduate students under 27 who have achieved a First Class Honours (but do not meet FLSP criteria).
In exceptional cases, a borderline but very strong Second Class Honours (Upper Division) may also be considered, provided the applicant demonstrates outstanding academic potential and professional promise.
Exceptional graduates who narrowly miss the FLSP criteria may also be considered for this program.
Progression and Migration
